WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED that Moats Farm are taking entries for their showjumping on 25th April right up to the night before.

• New events: Charity horse show 18/7/10 at Fairlands Valley Park, Stevenage - showing & Jumping. Pleasure ride - north Beds - 30/5. Evening talk on breeding - 27/4 - see Events-Others. Combined training & showing show - Keysoe Riding Club - 31/5/10.
• New adverts: livery vacancies; livery wanted; horsebox for sale; freelance grooms; pony for sale; western saddle for sale. Help wanted - see Ads-Misc.

• PLEASE NOTE: the price of the horse called "Erskincott Imagination (Madge)", advertised for sale here, was wrong when the advert was posted - it originally said £5,000 but due to a typo, should have been £3,500. So, if you're interested, go and have another look!

An online petition has been created, to appeal for the rights of horse riders to use existing cycle paths. This would be very good news for most horse owners. The aim is to get 100,000 signatures by the 11th September. Please spare 30 seconds of your time and sign up:
