GRAZING REQUIRED TO RENT

For cob and children ’s lead rein pony.  Would appreciate reasonable fencing and a shelter but I ’m happy to improve/maintain.  Water supply also would be good but electricity not essential.  Around mid Beds/north Herts area.  I ’m reliable, mature, always pay rent on time and don ’t mind poo picking!

Would also consider a place in a shared DIY yard but don ’t need anything posh as only hack and plod!
