Other news:

We have been given a link to a web-site with photographs of stolen items that have been recovered. Some of the items are very identifiable - personalised saddlecloths and rugs - a bridle with blinkers and multi-coloured reins, etc. If you have suffered a loss, please check out the web-site and get in touch.

This is also a reminder to get your tack and valuables marked (postcode is ideal) so that they can be returned to you if/when they are stolen & recovered.

• New events (BHS): First Aid for People & Animals - 27th March - see Events-Others. Simon Somers pre-season showing clinic at Shuttleworth on 27th February - see Events-Training & Clinics.

28th December 2009:

• New event: Herts Heavy Horse Show, and Festival of Leathercrafts at Capel Manor, Sunday 6th June - see Events-Others.

17th December 2009:

• New Shillington Riding Club events added: training clinics and a series of Yoga for Riders sessions - see Events-Others.
• The Chesfield Jumping show scheduled for this Sunday (19th December) is CANCELLED.
• The Manor Farm EC (nr Huntingdon) junior BSJA planned for tomorrow is also cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. A decision on the Senior BSJA planned for Sunday will be made tomorrow.

• We have been asked to post a revised schedule for the Puckeridge & Western Pony Club shows at Chesfield on the 10th Jan, 7th Feb and 14th March next year - an additional class for younger/less experienced combinations has been added.
